I cannot believe my baby is 6 weeks old already! Time has flown by so quickly! We just took him in for his two month appointment, we did it early though since we are moving and wont have insurance in Utah for a while. He is a big boy, 11 lbs 7 oz, 23 in. long and perfectly healthy, thank goodness! I don't know if all first time moms tend to be like this, but i have become a freak worrying about his well being... did he eat too much or not enough, is he too hot or cold, why is he spitting up so much, whats going on with his soft spot, why does he have so much gas, whats with all this crying business... and on and on it goes. My pediatricians office has gotten about a million phone calls from me, haha. Nate is always telling me to relax and i am always thinking, good thing you are not the only one taking care of this child or he would be dead! kidding, but at least i can admit i have become a crazy woman, i don't even care though. It's only because i am so obsessively in love with him! Even though i can get totally overwhelmed with all this mom stuff i honestly love it so much, it has been the most exhausting but definitely the most amazing experience i have ever had. He is adorable and so much fun to have in our lives... we sure love him!

ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie! Love the smile! I haven't been able to capture very many of those on camera. Cason just had his 2 month check-up yesterday and he was 11 lbs 6 oz and 23.5 in. I'm amazed at how quickly they have caught up with each other! We miss you guys already! I know what you mean about the mom thing, you worry so much because you love them so much. I knew I would, but I wasn't expecting how much I would love him!
